Scope

These terms govern photography services provided by Youssouf Ballay Photography and the use of this website. Confirming a booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

Bookings & payment

A session is confirmed once a deposit of [amount / %] is received. The balance is due [delay — e.g. on the day of the session / before delivery].

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified by email. The deposit may be retained as compensation depending on the notice given, as detailed in the service contract.

Delivery & usage

Edited photographs are delivered within [delay] via a private online gallery. The client receives a usage licence for private purposes; commercial use requires prior written agreement. Youssouf Ballay Photography retains authorship and may showcase the work in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

Liability

In case of force majeure or technical failure preventing delivery, liability is limited to reimbursement of the sums paid.
